Yellow plains

Isolated and far from the city, this part of the country is a kampong with typical, slow and quite life. Orchards and beautiful yellow plains across hilly landscapes with wild overgrown shrubs as fences and not forgetting the heavy weights, buffaloes - although machinery is introduced. And one part of it has always been the island on the far right meant for the kampong house, the livestocks, chicken, duck, geese, goats and tall slender coconut and fruit trees as windbreakers. Fresh and breezy till late afternoon and one can jump into a river for a dip that winds thru the kampong, here in Batu Kurau, Perak.
