That's today

This morning, drove into the KL-Putrajaya Highway.

At the KLIA, someone going off to the Middle East, Adios !

Attend a little wedding reception. Too early, spent just a short while and respond with only these shots.

Their 'bekas telor'- egg case ; wedding gift /momento. I remember designing exactly like that before - the mock up is still with me.

Cup cakes.

4th October KL-Kedah
Pictures of our journey from Kuala Lumpur to Kedah on Saturday 4th October. All of these shots are from a moving vehicle.

At the Taman Melati Petrol Station

The bus that overtook us in Rawang and sped off

Approaching Tapah

The new Jelapang Toll

Bull's Eye

. . . at the end of the tunnel

Nice driving in this weather

A long queue begins after the Sultan Azlan Bridge in Perak right up to Penang and Alor Star in Kedah, towards Kuala Lumpur

An when we got there, that evening ... the fields are just beautiful

A relative visiting and going off

Fry some of these for 'a change' late afternoon

... and this too, anglo chinese beans, long cabbage and mushroom with rice

Vacant parking lots, quiet till the next few days

and at 10, sparkles set up at 2 seconds

Capsicum

Plant of tropical American bearing hollow seedy fruits. The hot-tasting red, green or yellow fruit of this plant, called a pepper, used as vegetable or flavouring. Some of the members of Capsicum are used as spices, vegetables and medicine. The fruit of Capsicum plants have a variety of names depending on place and type.
They are commonly called chilli pepper, red or green pepper and typically just capsicum. The large mild form is called bell pepper in the US. They are called paprika in some other countries (although paprika can also refer to the powdered spice made from various capsicum fruit).
The original Mexican term, chilli (now chile in Spanish) came from the Nahuatl word chilli or xilli, referring to a huge Capsicum variety cultivated at least since 3000 BC, according to remains found in pottery from Puebla and Oaxaca.
